I recently started asking people how they start their day. The answers I get tell me a lot about a person. The DJ friend rolls over and starts looking for new music. Some people turn on the news. Some people smoke, or drink coffee. The first thing we do tends to set us forward for the day.
I noticed that whatever my strongest addiction is, usually is what I go for first.
